My son's current pcp, Angela Sparks, has been neglectful of my son's breathing condition from the first visit as every single time he has an appointment, I have her listen to my son's chest and she claims nothing is wrong. We are currently at Seattle children's hospital as he stopped breathing and will be here until ***he is stable enough to be discharged, diagnosed with laryngomalacia and has been placed on a nasogastric feeding tube.***. He could be heard from across the room. i had requested for my son to be on a delayed immunization schedule so we can focus on his growth as priority and there was immediately tension afterwards. She mentioned kindergarten at this point. He is currently 11 Weeks old. She ended the appointment abruptly without going over the literature she had given me for my son's torticollis.

I be on hold for 20+ minutes just to be routed to someone else who puts me on hold. I have get the run around before I get answers. Also I have to be scheduled for multiple appointments that can be done at one appt. The front desk people have really bad attitudes.

Do Not Trust This Clinic With Your Health.... I have been on a medication for 8 years that they got me on. Told me it was safe but to never just stop taking it or not only would I be extremely sick but it could actually be life threatening. Jump to now. I had to go to another state to help a family who almost died and needed help with recovering. While here I ran out of my medication and got extremely sick. I called my doctor and the doctor would not even speak to me because I was out of state. I pleaded with the staff for 2 days while sick in bed to just send a refill. The would not. Because I was out of state. So I said just send it to my normal pharmacy and I would have someone pick it up for me. They would not. All the while, while I am speaking to their medical assistant and she is telling me they will not help me, she is telling me I need to go to the ER because my symptoms are dangerous. My doctor, rather then help me tells me to go to the ER. So I do. The doctor their says it was a good thing I came in. Then she says your doctor needs to send your meds. I said they said they can't. She said they 100% could do it. So I asked the pharmacy, he said yes they could do it. It is

Every time I come here I’m here for 2.5 hours. Waiting in the waiting room and usually 45 min - 1hr in the exam room just to be seen. They never have enough appointments for the people that work. And for some reason the staff taking phone calls can’t ask the doctors questions or leave a message to call a patient?? They have no flexibility when talking to patients about care. This facility isn’t any better then the downtown Renton one.

I returned a phone call to my doctor and was charged $70 for a 'phone appointment' since doctor wasnt available when calling back. Deceptive to not mention a call back would charged for. Never experienced this is any other healthcare facility.
